This issue takes place before the events of Green Lantern (Volume 7) #8.
The Splinterverse made his original appearance, along with Batgirl, in Batman #511.
- In the original version of the Splinterverse, Harvey Dent was the GCPD Commissioner; in the reborn continuity, Dick Grayson is the Commissioner and Dent is Two-Face.

Trivia

Parallax recreating the Splinterverse, which was originally destroyed in Zero Hour: Crisis in Time #1, and its second destruction mirrors Doctor Manhattan bringing back the Flashpoint Timeline and destroying it again during The Button storyline.
