Project Zeta, also known as the Zeta Project, was a government project in the late 2030s and early 2040s aiming to create a flawless robotic infiltration unit. Eventually, one Zeta robot developed sentience and escaped his masters to live a life as a free individual, with the help of his accomplice Rosalie Rowan.
Zeta was created by Robert Goodman, first appearing in the Batman Beyond episode Zeta (2000).
