Infiltration Unit Zeta was a covert ops synthoid who escaped his masters to live a life as a free individual. He had to constantly evade the NSA agent Bennet with the help of his accomplice, Ro Rowan.

Notes

• Zeta was voiced by Gary Cole for his first appearance in Batman Beyond and Diedrich Bader from his second appearance in that series and The Zeta Project. In the later series Eli Marienthal and Scott Marquette voiced the holographic disguise of "Young Zee" or "Kid Zee" and Greg Eagles voiced the holographic disguise of "Old Man Zee".
