Zilius Zox is a member of the Red Lantern Corps.

History

Zilius Zox was one of those to receive a Red Lantern Ring when Atrocitus of the Five Inversions sent them out to form the Red Lantern Corps. Like the others, the ring attached itself to him, spoiling his blood, stopping his heart, and blinding him with rage.

Zilius joined the other Red Lanterns being gathered for Atrocitus' mission to capture Sinestro when the Green Lantern Corps escorted him to Korugar. They ambushed the Green Lanterns while they were being ambushed by the Sinestro Corps, trying to free their leader. During the battle, Zilius Zox appeared to eat the Sinestro of Sector 2332. Their mission was successful, capturing Sinestro and a few of his corps, leaving the Green Lanterns to die.

Later, on Ysmault, Atrocitus was forced to order a group of his Red Lanterns, Zilius among them, to not kill Sinestro, as he wanted Sinestro's blood to form more power rings.
