Zoxab is a genie who creates cursed magical items, which always contain the cure for the resulting ailment in unintuitive ways.
History
A ring that causes those who wear it to fall into an enchanted sleep which Zoxab forged made its way to Paradise Island and was donned by Hippolyta. Her daughter Wonder Woman confronted him looking for the reversal of the sleep her mother had fallen into.
